Laurel Lake achieves Highest Honors in national satisfaction survey
Laurel Lake Retirement Community has been awarded Highest Honors by the Pennsylvania-based senior housing research firm, Holleran Consulting, for significantly exceeding national benchmarks in satisfaction as reported by residents of independent living communities across the USA.
The Holleran database is a benchmark which includes some of the nation’s leading and most progressive senior living providers. Currently, it represents 256 communities in 36 states, and contains more than 57,900 resident surveys.
Laurel Lake scores exceeded the 90th percentile and were significantly above Holleran's National Benchmark for the following factors:
OVERALL SATISFACTION
96% of Laurel Lake residents rated their community "excellent" or "good."
ADMINISTRATION
87.2% of residents gave high marks to Laurel Lake’s resident orientation programs, a full 7 percentage points above the normative.
DAILY LIVING
93.7% of residents indicated a high level of satisfaction with the quality and effectiveness of Laurel Lake's fitness programs and staff.
93.2% rated Laurel Lake's opportunities to engage in a wide variety of lifestyle programs highly.
In addition, nearly 93% of Laurel Lake residents said they would recommend Laurel Lake to family and friends.
