CROWN CENTER SCHEDULER - $1500.00 sign on bonus (for     full-time employment.)

Bonus is pro-rated and paid over 5 quarters if eligibility   is met.  must remain active and eligible to receive the payouts.


We are currently seeking a full-time Crown Center Scheduler. Our Crown Center Scheduler is responsible for all aspects of clerical assistance to the Director of Clinical Services, Assistant Director of Clinical Services, and Director of Healthcare and is responsible for the functions of daily nursing staff schedules. Qualified candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.  Candidates must have a good work experience and the ability to multi-task. Candidates must have at least (2) years of experience working with the Kronos Time & Attendance system as well as the Advanced Scheduler Platform within the Kronos system.

The CC Scheduler is responsible for the functions and daily nursing staff schedules and maintenance of time sheets.  This person will also provide clerical assistance to the Director of Clinical Services .




EDUCATION:  High School Education


EXPERIENCE:  Scheduling experience preferred. Experience with the Kronos Time & Attendance program, as well as the Advanced Scheduler Platform within the Kronos system.



  • Attend Crown Center stand-up meeting daily.
  • Order uniforms for all STNA’s in Crown Center as they need them.
  • Provide all scheduling tasks, including master monthly schedule.  Receive daily call-offs and make replacements.  Maintain necessary staffing on each Nursing Unit through appropriate replacement, PRN staff.
  • Maintain daily time sheets, approve time sheets for payroll, and Kronos system updates including all PTO, call-offs, etc.
  • Issue discipline per call off procedure.
  • Provide clerical support for the Director of Clinical Services.
  • Assist with on-going nursing recruitment.
