SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Nursing Scheduler is responsible for the functions and daily nursing staff schedules and maintenance of time sheets. This person will also provide training and onboarding to new nursing staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High School Education, CNA License
EXPERIENCE: Scheduling experience preferred.
PRINCIPAL JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Attend Crown Center stand-up meeting daily.
- Provide all scheduling tasks, including master monthly schedule. Receive daily call-offs and make replacements. Maintain necessary staffing on each Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living Unit through appropriate replacement, PRN staff.
- Maintain daily time sheets and Time Tracker system updates including all PTO, call-offs, etc.
- Monitors and collects all onboarding paperwork
- Trains new employees on the Laurel Lake procedures
- Assist with on-going nursing recruitment.
